Acceptance Guidlines
Ol'nicknacks offers three types of consignment services, and each service has separate contract. Please view these sample contracts to get an idea of all the terms and conditions.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE - this contract is for antiques, furniture, household items, estate jewelry, etc. These items are new or used items that the consignor would like sell in the shop. General merchandise is consigned for 120 days, and the seller and consignor agree on the starting price. Items are reduced by 15% every thirty days; if an item does not sell in 120 days it is returned to the consignor. The selling fee is 50% of the sales price.

ARTISAN WORK - this contract is for handmade items (such as jewelry, furniture, purses, etc.), and fine art. These items are created by the consignor and sold in the shop. The consignor determines the selling price. Artisan work is consigned for 120 days, but the price does not get reduced during the 120 day period. If an item does not sell in 120 days it is returned to the consignor. The selling fee for artisan work is 30% of the sales price. DOWNLOAD
